Orders

The posters are printed at their original size. Orders are printed on request. The processing of orders takes three workdays. In addition, the delivery time of the post needs to be taken into account.

Dispatch

The orders are sent via TNT post. The postal charges and delivery time depend on the region:

The Netherlands (within 24 hours): 6,75 euro
Europe (2-6 workdays): 13,10 or 18,80 euro
Outside Europe (4-8 workdays): 18,80 or 24,10 euro

Payments

The prices on this website are stated in Euro and include VAT.
We accept payments via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or iDeal. Payments are made via the secure payment server of Ogone. All orders must be paid for in advance.

Complaints procedure

Socialhistoryshop.nl endeavours to provide an optimal service to its customers at all times. If, for some reason, you have a complaint, we shall do everything in our power to ensure that your complaint is dealt with to your satisfaction. Moreover, your complaint also provides us with the opportunity to implement improvements where necessary.

You can send your complaint to us via e-mail (info@socialhistoryshop.nl). Clearly state your name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, and your order number. You will receive a written confirmation of the reception of your complaint.

You will receive an initial reply from us within 3 workdays. You will normally receive an additional detailed reply from us within 4 weeks of submitting your complaint.
